HROPTICS devotes itself to development of all kinds new optical single crystals, optic wafers and optic passive components. For passing 20 years over we enjoyed our abundance experience at growing and mass production of optical grade Lithium Niobate / Lithium Tanatalate single crystals and it's wafers. We are equipped with advanced facilities at crystal growing, wafer lapping and polishing, all finished products are passed at Testing and QC inspection.
Our R & D is active at developing and researching from new materials to finished products at all kinds of optical & electronic components.

1) Materials :
a. Optical Lithium Niobate ( X,Y,Z orientations etc . diameter 3" ) ingots and it's wafers .
b: dopant Lithium Niobate ( Fe, Ma , etc ) ingots and it's wafer
c: Lithium Niobate for Saw filter usage ( many directions . with diameter 5" ) ingot And it's wafers
d: Lithium tanatalate (LiTao3) ingots and it's wafers ( 36deg , Z directions . size diameter as 3" );
e: polishing materials : also supply many Al2O3 polishing accessories.
2) component : a . LN optical modulation: b: LN optical waveguide substrate ( for integrated optical waveguide elements ): wave plates ( Quartz) : d: phase optical grating ( for CD, VCD,DVD,MD etc optical heads ) e: micro glass substrates , g: LN wedge with many directions for isolater usage .
